ITNewsAfrica will be hosting its inaugural Tech Demo Africa summit accordingly to the news posted recently on ITNewsAfrica website.
The event aims to be a showcasing cutting-edge technology from established companies, as well as startups in Africa. Hosted at the Radisson Blue Gautrain Hotel from 17th – 18th April 2012, Tech Demo Africa will focus on enterprise technology and eGovernment, and will feature cutting-edge demonstrations and engaging keynote speakers.
The event will attract international key industry influencers and business leaders, as well as online service providers, government dignitaries, venture capitalists and software or application developers. Thus, international journalists are also invited to the event from Nigeria, China and the USA. The purpose is to lend international coverage to the showcase.
Tech Demo Africa will prove that there will be no better event to launch and display a product or service, as top consumer electronics manufacturers have been invited to exhibit their world-class creations, while also highlighting the importance of eGoverment solutions.
CEO and Executive editor of IT News Africa, Abby Wakama, believes that mobile app development cannot be ignored in a showcase of this kind.
Apps will play a major role in the Showcase, providing businesses and government the opportunity to witness the latest in mobile applications for social development, eGovernment and enterprise services. Participants will demo their products in full view of a qualified, captive audience of IT leaders, venture capitalists, local and international media as well as potential partners and customers.
Not only will the best and brightest local minds be in attendance, but the Showcase will also provide start-ups with a great opportunity to get involved and highlight their services.
If you have an idea or product, you can secure your exhibition space and a 30 minute product presentation or demonstration contacting to Admire Kabasa
