Time ago we have introduced a way to make a simple Porter’s Five Forces diagram in PowerPoint 2010, but today we will provide a free Porter’s 5 Forces PowerPoint template that you can download to make your own PowerPoint presentations.
Porter’s 5 Force model is an important business concept commonly used to describe the industry’s competitiveness including competition, supplier threat, customer threat, substitute threat, and threat of new entrants in the market. This is a very common model used in many different industries and corporate level. If you are coursing an MBA then you likely heard about this model, too. Of course beside the competitiveness mentioned earlier there are several other factors involved under each of these forces that can impact negatively or positively in any industry.
