How To Print a PowerPoint Presentation to Include the Background

If you downloaded any presentation template from our site and need to print it including the background pictures, then here is the quick trick that will make PowerPoint to print the presentation including all the content plus the background.

1. Open the presentation in PowerPoint and then go to File -> Print.
2. In the Color/Grayscale dropdown list, choose Color.
3. Click Print.
