How to Increase the Number of Undo Steps in PowerPoint

If you are designing presentations, sometimes you may do a hard use of Undo, especially when lot of small design edits take place. Here we will show you a small tip but very useful that will help you to increase the number of Undo steps in PowerPoint.

By default, the Maximum Number of Undo is set to 20 in PowerPoint. In order to increase the number of Undo in PowerPoint we need to open File menu and then choose Options. Here you will see the configuration window. Choose Advanced tab and then change the value on Maximum Number of Undos to a higher value.

This trick to configure the maximum number of Undo steps in PowerPoint is also available in other Microsoft Office programs, such Word and Excel.
