Headings, tags and catch phrases should be used wherever possible. The data should be delivered in easy, small points rather than the highly textual, paragraph form.
‘Lesser is better’ should be the thumb rule while typing in text into each slide. One should include clip art, tables, graphs, charts and cartoons if possible to give out relevant data is more meaningful way. One should avoid stuffing or squeezing in too much information within a single slide.
